As i understand from your problem you want to hide some unnecessory uibb.
1. For that you can personalization Web Dynpro ABAP that takes place at
runtime and settings can be made by end users or administrators (customizing).
End users can make settings for their user names.
2. Administrators can also make client-specific
settings in the administrator mode. These
settings apply to all users in the respective client of the system.
Personalization data does not apply just to the current session, it is saved
permanently (persistence).
3. you need to have S_DEVELOP or S_WDR_P13N authorization profile.
4. Get into the administrator mode by appending URL parameter (sap-config-mode=X) and prefix
this parameter with &.
5. Remove the unauthorized uibb and then it will be applicable for all other user.
OR
You can enhance the OVP component configuration and create enhanced configuration with hiding or removing unnecessory UIBB. Save it. It will work.
